DIY Flower Buckets

Perfect for special parties, showers, or important events our DIY Flower Buckets provide Grower’s Choice and Color Scheme seasonal fresh flowers from our farm in bulk. Buckets can be ordered up to 1 year ahead of time.

What do buckets contain?

Each bucket contains a mix of 60-70 stems of curated in season focal flowers, filler flowers and greenery. Enough blooms to make one of the following options:

• 15-20 Bud vases (with 3-4 stems per vase)

• 5-6 Small centerpieces (16oz Mason Jar Size-10-12 stems per jar)

• 2-3 Large centerpieces (32oz Mason Jar Size-20-30 stems per jar)

• 2-3 Bridesmaids Bouquets (20-30 stems each)

• 1 Bridal Bouquets + Groom Boutonniere

For large Bouquets and large pieces please plan accordingly.

When are flowers available?

Flowers are available Mid-June, July, August and September 2026. Flowers should be ordered minimally 1 week ahead of time.

Can I choose specific colors?

Buckets come in 4 different color schemes:

-Grower’s Choice: Mix of focals, fillers and greenery in various colors.

-White and Green: Mix of focals, fillers and greenery in white, green and cream tones

-Soft Pastel: Mix of focals, fillers and greenery in blush, apricots, cream and other muted tones

-Bright and Cheerful: Mix of focals, fillers and greenery in punchy pinks, oranges, yellows, purples and additional bright colors

How much do buckets cost?

Regular Grower’s Choice Buckets are $120 and color scheme buckets are $150.

Where do I pick up?

Pick up from our farm in Otsego, MI on your scheduled day/time. We are available most Monday/Thursday/Friday afternoons and Thursday/Saturday mornings. We are not available every day of every week so please send in inquiries as early as possible. We are unable to deliver DIY Flower Buckets at this time.

When should I schedule my pickup?

Buckets should be picked up 24-48 hours before your event during your pre-arranged date and time you select at checkout. After pickup flowers should be stored in a climate-controlled area such as an air-conditioned room. We do not recommend placing flowers in a fridge as the inconsistent fridge temperatures can ruin your flowers.

Other important details:

• These are Grower’s Choice Buckets. We cannot guarantee specific colors, varieties of flowers or greenery as inventory changes week by week. We assure the flowers will be beautiful and cohesive. If you prefer specific color tones please choose one of our color scheme buckets.

• We do not provide any design consultation for bulk buckets.

• We are not responsible for flowers once they leave the farm. Please plan your vehicle choice accordingly. An enclosed vehicle is absolutely necessary to transport flowers. Flowers put in an open vehicle (back of a pickup truck) will be tattered from the wind.

• There are no returns or substitutions for fresh flowers as they are cut to order.

• Buckets must be paid for in full at the time of checkout. Pickup dates and buckets are not secure until the buckets are paid in full.

• If you miss your pickup day/time, we cannot guarantee another pickup time, and the buckets will be discarded.
